A collection of poems "I SENT A PRAYER UP TO THE SKY"

The book is a collection of poems by the famous Ukrainian poet Pavlo Tychyna. Throughout his life, he was director of the Institute of Literature of the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Ukraine, minister of education of the Soviet Ukraine, a politician, an academician, a corresponding member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, a winner of numerous national awards, a co-nominee for the Nobel Prize in Literature, and the author of the lyrics of the state anthem of the Ukrainian SSR.

The collection includes Pavlo Tychyna’s poems about Ukraine and the best examples of his poetry from various periods of his life.
