The publishing house ADEF-Ukraine is a modern production facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and advanced manufacturing techniques from leading manufacturers. It embraces the latest ideas in the fields of management, functioning, and enterprise development.

Recognizing the imperative to transition to a fundamentally new level of development by 2001, the introduction of the Total Quality Management (TQM) ideology became evident. In the contemporary market conditions, development without this approach is unattainable.

Prior to implementing the ideology, the enterprise defined its mission, development strategy, set specific objectives, and devised a concept for their achievement, documenting key points in the "ADEF-Ukraine Publishing House" Policy. This marked the beginning of a complex and responsible endeavor. The enterprise team successfully tackled the set task, and in 2003, a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2000 was implemented. Certification was conducted by TUV Rheinland Intercert (certificate registration number – 75 100 9400) in the field of "Publishing activities. Provision of printing services in the production of book, magazine, and advertising products." Every three years, the company's quality management system underwent confirmation through international audit checks.

In May 2009, a recertification audit was conducted, reaffirming that the management system in place at the enterprise is evolving and aligns with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008. The enterprise was assigned the identification number ID 910522798, which can be used to verify the certificate's authenticity and obtain comprehensive information about the enterprise on the website www.tuv.com.

The actual implementation of the ISO system and its continuous development at the enterprise allowed us to establish our own "niche" in the printing product market and significantly increase the production volumes of high-quality products. Furthermore, the implementation of the quality management system provided the opportunity to create a long-term development program for the enterprise, enabling us to confidently look towards the future.
