The Russian-Ukrainian war: a criminologist's view
A factor analysis of the historical, political, economic, social, psychological and military factors of the Russian-Ukrainian war is carried out. The author provides a criminological description of a person who commits war crimes in these conditions and shows a victim of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
The article also provides a criminological analysis of crime in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. In the course of the study, the author used the platform "Ukraine's Test for Victory", where scholars, higher education students, law enforcement practitioners, and military personnel discussed the most important issues of the Russian-Ukrainian war during the specified period in a panel discussion. Criminological advice on how to survive the Russian-Ukrainian war is provided.
